Jedi Shadow Rotations

Jedi Consular Shadows have many different skills they can choose from when tanking or doing DPS. How the shadow chains skills together in a continious rotation is very important as it allows them to do maximum DPS/Tanking without running out of force.

Shadow DPS Rotations

Infiltration PVE Priority Rotation:

Saber Strike - if out of Force
Spinning Strike - if target is below 30% health
Shadow Strike -if Find Weakness buff is about to expire and you are behind target
Whirling Blow - if you are fighting more than 3 mobs
Force Breach - use whenever not on cooldown
Project 2x - use whenever not on cooldown
Shadow Strike - use whenever Find Weakness has proc'd
Clairvoyant Strike or Double Strike

 

Balance PVE Priority Rotation:

Saber Strike - if out of Force
Telekinetic Throw - if you need healing or are low on Force
Force in Balance - use this every cooldown
Telekinetic Throw - under Force Potency
Project - if Twin Disciplines is not active
Spinning Strike - if target is below 30% health
Shadow Strike - Find Weakness and behind target
Mind Crush - Force Strike buff, preferentially on an unafflicted target
Sever Force - cast on a target already effected by this.
Force Breach
Double Strike or Whirling Blow

 

Shadow Tanking Rotation (This is priority Based)

 

Shadown Tanking Single Target Rotation Priority:

Force Breach Debuff - make sure this is always active
Kinetic Ward - use this whenever off of cooldown
Slow Time
Telekinetic Throw - 3 stacks
Force Potency - use when Project procs
Double Strike - filler when nothing else can be cast
Saber Strike - filler when out of force

 

Shadow AOE Tanking Rotation Priority:

Force Breach Debuff - make sure this is always active
Kinetic Ward - use this whenever off of cooldown
Slow Time
Whirling Blow - filler when you cannot cast anything else
Saber Strike - filler when out of force
